We have secured a room block for wedding guests (and a preferential rate of USD 125 per night!) at the lovely NH Collection Santiago Casacostanera.
This property is located in the heart of Vitacura, one of Santiago´s nicest neighborhoods. You´ll be within walking distance from dozens of restaurants and shops.
The room block and preferential rate apply to:

Transportation
Flight arrival to Hotel:
Transportation will be provided from the Santiago airport (Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport) to the NH Collection Casacostanera Hotel.
Hotel to Wedding Week Events (April 2nd - 5th):
Transportation will be provided from the NH Collection Casacostanera Hotel to all wedding week events listed below. Once the event is done, transportation will be provided back to the hotel.
Wedding Reception to Hotel:
Transportation will be provided from the NH Collection Casacostanera Hotel to the wedding venue (the reception will be held at the same venue site).
As you'll see below, the reception will conclude at 4:00 AM. Don't worry though, if an earlier return to the hotel is desired, transportation will be provided from the reception.
Hotel to Airport (flight departure):
Wedding guests will need to coordinate transportation for departing flights either through Hotel Reception, or by ordering an Uber through your Uber app

What if I signed up for the room block, but I arrive before April 2nd or leave after April 6th?
We sure hope that you spend more than just 5 days in Chile, there's lots to explore here!
If you signed up for the room block, the room and rate are only applicable from April 2nd-April 6th. However, let either of us know via Whatsapp so that we can see if the room block rate can be extended at the NH Collection Casacostanera.
Otherwise, hotel bookings made outside of these dates will need to be arranged directly with your hotel of choice.
Do you have a registry?
In case you´re interested in getting us a gift (which you really don´t have to do....your attendance will be the best gift of all), we´ll be registering with a local department store very soon (we'll publish info here once we do so).
What airline do you recommend?
Definitely check out LATAM airlines, they also offer direct flights from select locations.

Are there any attire requirements during the wedding week or for the Wedding?
The most important is that you feel good (and comfortable) in your outfit! Keep in mind that the weather in Chile during April will be warm, summer temperatures.
Indian outfits are more than welcome (but they are not required!) There are no culture-specific requirements. As far as formality goes, our theme is casual chic ;) No black-tie affairs, or heavy formal-wear.

What can I expect at each of the events?
Wednesday, April 2nd: Meet & Greet 7:00 PM - 11:30 PM:
Appetizers + Dinner at one of our favorite Indian restaurants. You'll recognize some familiar faces and meet many new ones!
Thursday, April 3rd: Haldi & Mehndi 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM:
Indian traditions involving a Haldi (turmeric) Ceremony, and Mehndi (henna) Ceremony. The Haldi ceremony involves applying turmeric paste on us. This way we're shining extra bright on the big day! The Mehdni ceremony will take place right after the Haldi ceremony. Enjoy music, appetizers, and get yourself a henna design to show off on the Wedding day!
Friday, April 4th: Vineyard Lunch 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM:
Let's explore a charming vineyard located outside of Santiago and have some lunch! We'll most likely be outdoors, and with the summery weather don't forget about hats, sunglasses, comfortable shoes.
Saturday, April 5th: Wedding Day! 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM:
Ahhh the big day! There will be an Indian ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour, and then dinner + reception. Considering the wedding/reception venue is almost an hour away, plan to be ready by 4:00 pm.
